MATURE PROGRAMS

In mature companies with more sophisticated compliance programs in place, we work with corporate executives and boards to facilitate an understanding of the strategic importance of the information they receive.   We advise our clients on what the information really means; how the organization and its people are behaving and what that behavior means to the organization’s culture.  Through this consultation, we help to provide a context for a Board and responsible management to truly engage others with the organization as they carry out their obligation to oversee and drive a culture of legal compliance and socially responsible behaviors.

LESS MATURE PROGRAMS

For new companies and companies with less mature GRC processes, we help to evaluate your GRC strategy and assist you and your constituents to design and maintain strategies to provide senior level briefings and input through a continuum of productive communications.
